AT&T and Research In Motion announced today that the BlackBerry Bold smartphone will be available in the United States for as low as $299.99 on Tuesday, Nov. 4, in AT&T retail stores nationwide. The BlackBerry was delayed this month due to more certification testing needed for the BlackBerry Bold.
