Lenovo Launches P960 Mobile Phone with Fingerprint Biometrics Security

Atrua Technologies announced today that Lenovo Mobile selected Atrua’s made-for-mobile fingerprint solution for Lenovo’s recently launched P960 mobile phone. In addition, Lenovo’s P960 has an innovative “VIP recording” feature that automatically records calls from designated numbers. The fingerprint biometric technology is used in the P960 to protect sensitive data such as VIP recordings, text messages, call history, and address book information.Lenovo P960

The Lenovo Mobile P960 is a touch screen phone and comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera, 2.8-inch display screen, microSD card slot and stylus. It only supports GSM DualBand network and will only able to connect to GPRS network.
