Sony Ericsson C905 is their First Ever 8.1 Megapixel Camera Phone

Here is it, the first ever 8.1 megapixel camera phone from Sony Ericsson. The new C905 Cyber-shot phone allow consumers around the world to capture and share vivid photos whatever their needs. With an 8.1 megapixel camera and real camera flash amongst its cutting-edge capabilities, it offers easy photo-taking in a phone that derives its looks from a digital camera and offers the picture quality to match.



Not only it has a 8.1 megapixel camera, the camera is complete with Xenon flash, auto focus, face detection auto-focus, smart contrast and image stabilizer. 2GB memory stick micro is included in the package together with the 160MB built in memory, good enough to store your photos. When the camera protection cover is opened, the phone will change to landscape mode with its 2.4″ scratch-resistant mineral glass display.

Although the camera module has caused the slider phone to be thicker (104 x 49 x 18 mm - 19.5mm over the lens), Sony Ericsson has also built in the WiFi with DLNA support and the GPS for geo-tagging your photos. DLNA Certified TVs will be able to work as a Digital Media Player (DMP), enabling you to share your photos via WiFi on your TV. You can also use the new TV-Out Cable ITC-60 (not included) to connect to your TV.

The Sony Ericsson C905 cyber-shot will be available in Night Black, Ice Silver or Copper Gold colors in early Q4 this year. Here are the different variants for different regions and networks
